Children & Adolescents

Parenting can be very challenging; I am here for you and your family. You are not alone! We can be in this together. I obtained a Master of Education degree and have experience as a teacher, school counselor, and school-based therapist. I work closely with families to support the whole unit. I believe all stakeholders working together is the best way to help your child grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I am a certified trauma professional and have worked in Title 1 schools throughout the valley.  As a past 504 case manager, I am familiar with IEPs, the MTSS process, behavioral interventions, accommodations, and student advocacy. Navigating the educational system, knowing your rights, and advocating for your child can be daunting; however, I'm always one call, email, or session away.

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of therapy. I will provide that safe, non-judgmental space. When working with youth, I incorporate sensory experiences, games, art-based activities, and expressive arts. A day in my office is never the same! I build off of your child's strengths, abilities, and interests. Each session I bring empathy, validation, and support for your child. I am here to help plant that seed for your child to live their daydream and bloom with confidence, empowerment, self-worth, and authenticity.
