"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we're supposed to be and embracing who we are." -Brené Brown

WELCOME

I'm so glad you're here! The first step toward change is awareness, and by being here today, you've already taken an important step toward healing and growth. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, struggling through a difficult life transition, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, or seeking support for your child, you don't have to walk this journey alone. Life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about the future, and overwhelmed by the weight of what we've endured. Healing is not about erasing the past—it's about reclaiming your voice, rebuilding trust in yourself, and creating a life that aligns with your values, needs, and hopes for the future. I am passionate about helping individuals and families move from surviving to thriving. Together, we can work to establish healthy boundaries, strengthen self-worth, restore a sense of safety, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change. You are not confined to yesterday's story. Every day offers an opportunity to begin a new chapter—one rooted in authenticity, resilience, and hope. No matter where you are in your journey, healing is possible. The seed of change begins with a single step, and your new story can start today. Are you ready to trust yourself again, protect your peace, embrace growth, and reclaim your life? Let's begin the journey toward blooming—together.

I am a trauma-certified therapist offering EMDR therapy, including EMDR intensives, to support deeper healing and accelerated progress. I also offer a membership program and sliding fee scale options to help make therapy more accessible and affordable. I work with clients ages 7 through adulthood and tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. I specialize in empowering females while welcoming all genders and sexual orientations, supporting inclusion and diversity, and offering a personalized, supportive space for transformative healing. The lotus flower grows from murky waters, but the flower rises above the darkness and blossoms open one petal at a time. Be patient with this path to self. The storm may come before the calm; but remember, there's power in you that you haven't seen yet. I have experienced post-traumatic growth and found a deeper sense of self and purpose. I have gained a greater appreciation for my clients' experiences and am better equipped to build deeper and stronger connections. I use a trauma-informed approach in my practice by providing empathy, validation, active listening, and a safe, non-judgmental space. Let's bloom together!
